    Just recieved a PCN, through the post. Can anybody check to see if this is compliant with PoFA please? Also do I reply to this one on the last day or wait for the second NTK to come through and then reply?

    You could try failed to give the invitation to keeper in the prescribed format.Â* 9 (2) (e)
    you've deleted the dates, what were they.Â* Are they within 14 days.

      Yeah I was thinking that too. Does it state in PoFA that the prescribed format is "You are invited...." Also I didn't want to reveal the dates in case it would reveal too much but yes it is within 14 days of the date of occurrence.Â*

        The start of 9 (2) states "the notice must...."Â* POFA is here

        They are not actually asking you to pay

            Hello ostell* I received a similar ticket to this. I have gone through this and I miss the point (where you have said they are not asking him to pay) please can you explain? thank you.
            The driver overstayed at the parking by 23 minutes in an ALDI car park. the driver shopped around including at aldi, however spent about £7.00 at ALDI
