Hi team, I hoping for some help and guidance. I received in the post a County Court Claim Form from LGCP Ltd for a parking charge 14/11/2019 I have never before received any communication from this company before and the alleged offence was 14/12/2018. I honestly cant remember even being parked there or if the vehicle was used by a family member.
I have done some resesrch and there is a Parking Fine company that will charge me £40 (flat fee) to fight the case. But to be honest I'm thinking I could give it a go too. Any ideas on what I need to do.
1) respond to the county court form?
2) submit a Subject Access Request for the letters they allegedly have sent me
3) Read somewhere about 54 day notice? Does this apply to me?
