Parking Eye - Northampton

I received a 'parking charge notice' from Parking eye. I parked in a car park that I did not realise was now managed by these guys. I have been using the car park for years to go to the dentist but the car park belongs to the leisure centre next door (lings forum).

Is there anyway to get out of this?

With PE they usually get things right, unfortunately. Does the PCN mention Protection of Freedoms on the back?

It does unfortunately. They do look like they have covered themselves well but fully intend on giving it a go anyway.
