    I have the exact same problem with the same company at the same gym.

    I sent them a seize and desist claiming i would sue them for harassment and they sent back the notice of the failed appeal.

    Not sure what to do now, have read on other forums that they have no real power but it is still a nuisance.

    What was the outcome with your ticket brokemotorist?

      This thread is 18 months or so old.
      Best to start your own new thread & tell your story.
      Do not ID the driver.
      If you can post up pics of any windscreen notice to driver & postal notice to keeper (front & rear, redact personal info but leave all times/dates visible) we can offer opinions,
      Also pics of site signage.
