It doesn't matter where your journey begins, so long as you begin it...

Re: Parking Charge Notice Marton Road Car Park Middlesbrough
Information about the company It would seem that they do not take court action often.
As Kati says you can wait for the NTK to arrive, must be between days 28 and 56 after the event, or you can appeal AS THE KEEPER just before the time limit given by them for a valid appeal. That way they think they can save the £2.50 for access to the DVLA for the keepers details but if they don't access the DVLA then the cannot hold the keeper liable for the charges incurred by the driver. You just have to get to day 56 without a NTK and then you can tell them to get lost. If you do get a NTK you ask the DVLA who has accessed your data and if no one then you also tell them to get lost after day 56.
A lot of the IPC companies do not allow the keeper to appeal if there has been a windscreen ticket
When they reject you appeal then you do nothing until such time as they issue a letter before claim. You do not appeal to the second level of appeal, the IAS. You appeal will be rejected. The IAS is run by the solictors who would take the case to court and is not truly independent.
This is presuming this is not a hire or lease car.
