Good afternoon,
i have received a parking charge in regards to ‘driver not on premises’ and ordered to pay £100.00.
I had used the McDonald’s drive thru and upon exiting realised they had forgotten something the McDonald’s car park was extremely busy so parked in what seemed like an empty car park so I could run back into McDonald’s to grab what they had forgotten (2 minutes exact I was in and out of McDonald’s).
The passenger and I were not aware of signage stating otherwise that you could not park in that particular car park.
Whilst I ran into McDonald’s my passenger waited in the car for me.
is there anything that can be done about this?
Thank you
