Anyone have any advice or experience of dealing with Parking eye? Basically while we were in Newquay we paid for parking (pay and display) that covered us until the next day. We left the car park and returned later. Didn't pay again as already had ticket to cover us. We've received a fine for the later time we were at the car park. I have emailed to dispute it twice but both responses don't make sense to what I've written and they're now saying I have to take it up with popla or pay fine. Just wondering how much authority these people actually have? It's a bloody joke tbh there's no phone number and I'm not paying 100 quid when I know we paid parking.

Re: Parking eye!!!
Hi & welcome to LB.
I'm guessing there was no windscreen ticket?
Do you have the original Notice to Keeper?
If so, could you post up the front & rear, obscuring personal details but leave dates visible?
Btw, is the vehicle leased/hired?CAVEAT LECTOR

Re: Parking eye!!!
Hi, no we didn't keep the ticket.....who would? Lol....the fine came thru about 3 weeks after we got bk from holiday.
But we definitely paid the first time we were in the car park and it was valid up until 4am the following day. The funny thing is we must have paid the first time otherwise we would have got a fine for that time too.

Re: Parking eye!!!
I meant a windscreen PCN (Parking Charge Notice) rather than the P&D ticket. (Apologies for not being clearer).
Can you post up the postal Notice to Keeper?CAVEAT LECTOR
