Parking notices

I have been parking on private land, and have been receiving parking notices from the university however the spaces that I have been parking in state they belong to 25 George square lane and are not part of the university. Where do I stand with the tickets? I have attached a picture..

So what are the university claiming on their notices? How about posting them up with identifying details removed.

I'll need to get another one I've just been binning them.. .However it says I have been parking on their property in breach of their conditions or something along them lines..however as you can see the signs show I am parked in spaces that don't belong to them..
