County court business

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me out please, I have received a parking charge notice for a private car park to which I have a pass. My pass had fallen out of my window due to it peeling off in the sun, I have had one letter off galdstones solicitors and now a letter from county court business centre, a claim form. Now saying I owe £236!! I am really worried about this. Any help would be great, thank you
