    Culdesacs

    Does anyone know what the law is around parking in turn rounds in a Culdesac. Our neighbours insist on parking in the turn round which means we have to back out on main road.

    Sec 137 of Highways Act 1980

    Make complaint to police of ACTUAL obstruction, and necessity of having to reverse into main road

    Assume you have had a polite word with your neighours, as I can see this escalating

      Thanks unfortunately we don't speak as we have had other issues involving police but thanks for advice 😀
