    Directions Questionre

    If I may, just a quick question regarding the D.Q process.

    I have filed with the Court and also served the Claimant my D.Q within the time required, However the Claimant as so far failed to serve their copy on me and it appears neither have they filed a copy with the CCBC.

    I have checked the status with moneyclaim onlne but it still shows that I have filed mine but nothing about the claimant and at least 10 days have elapsed since the deadline.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    If it was me I'd email the court to advise them.
