UKPC parking charge ticket , but no photo of car on their website.

As title, I did have a valid pay & display ticket which was placed on top of dashboard and witnessed by two people who have both written to me confirming the facts. There is no photo of my car/ticket on their website which says "This service is temporarily unavailable". Bearing in mind this is a free car park for 3 hours, this seems like a scam!

Please advise me of my next step.

So what are they "Charging" the driver with? Remember this is not a fine but an invoice. It helps if the driver is not know so edit your first post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. What is the full name of the parking company? One of the UKPC names was due to be dissolved, don't know if it happened.

So this is a ticket on the windscreen. Wait for the Notice to Keeper to arrive between day 28 and 56. Outside those time they can't calm against the keeper, only the driver who they do not know, and you will not be telling them.

If you had to type in your registration number then this could be a failure of the machine to register it correctly so the system does not match your car as recorded by the cameras with the number typed in for the ticket.
