hi guys " unpaid parking penalty " , notice of enforcement problem.....
to cut a long story short had a NOTICE of ENFORCEMENT, DATE OF ISSUE 10/02/16 last year in respect of vehicle reg blah ,blah, blah on 14/04/15 at so and so street (Any way ignored it thinking it would go away) NOT PAID
FAST FORWARD TO DAY JUST HAD ANOTHER " NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT" DATE OF ISSUE 22/02/17
I NOW have TWO NOTICES for the SAME unpaid parking penalty , cant get my head around it, is it a case of the first has ceased (over 12months) and for the hell of it EXCEL CIVIL ENFORCEMENT LTD issued new one...
can they excel or local council do this.. ?
