    CCJ issued for Parking Fine

    Has anyone had a CCJ registered to their credit file due to a parking ticket? I was unaware of this ticket being issued, it went all the way to court and now have a CCJ against me. Advise to help it get removed would be appreciated

    Enquiries should be made of Parking eye and the courts to see why you never got any paperwork. Usually because you moved after they got your details from DVLA and/or you didn't update your registration document.
