Athena PCN Lidl Clapham game changer

Hi all,

I stayed over the 90 minutes at Lidl in Clapham and got a ticket no surprise there. i appealed against it using methods that i could find on this forum. However they rejected my appeal with the following decision:

Best thing to do is contact Lidl customer services. www.Lidl.co.uk - customer service - contact us. Proof of shopping (receipt, bank statements) are very helpful.

An IAS appeal has a very low prospect of success.
