Hi
my daughter has been sent an £80 parking fine for parking in Lidil . She shopped in there but didnt get receipt/ ticket scanned in the shop.
she has now lost ticket and receipt.
she does have her bank statement showing the Lidil payment .
What now?
The PCN letter , has a photo of her regisration only , going in, leaving less than one hour later.
please advice...take bank statement in shop and ask manager to cancel the PCN? or write to parking company ?
where is the template letter please?
