I to have had a charge notice from Premier park ltd for parking in the Braunton exiter road at night demanding £100 and looking at this topic it seams that all those that have received fines for parking here at night have had the same problem the area is under lit and no visible lit signs saying what the time and tariffs are plus when walking out the entrance there is no signs saying that its a pay and display .
I filled a form in on line challenged the charge only to receive a e-mail saying they had reviewed the case and turned it down .
Surely with so many people being court out with the lack of well lit signs and payment machines they should be taken to task or are they doing nothing as it is a good income generator.
