Hi,I had to go see a phsychiatrist because i was having a breakdown,i parked next to motorcyle bay as there was a big space and no other I was panicking aniety because i needed to see my phsy and i was late and in a state,,I've read if their not on the List of Approved Operators BPA,,then i might be able to ignore is this true,I'm not coping very well.. thanks this is their reply to one person..We would like to apologise for the difficulties you experienced and to advise that unfortunately we do not own the building or car park which is regularly monitored by an external company and signs are displayed to advise that charges apply after 2 hours. Unfortunately we do not have the authority to deal with parking tickets and we would advise patients to contact CMS directly. so I no it will be a waste of time contacting phyc for help..

Can you sanitise the notice and let us see it ? Pictures of the signs would be helpful too.

I would file that and wait for the notice to keeper to arrive, between 28 & 56 days then deal with it.

Get pictures of the signs if you can.

Thanks M1 for getting back to me so quick,what do you mean file it? I will go down and take photo's,,,If it comes to it i will try on medical grounds as i was visiting my psy and he could confirm my state of mind,.. and i'm so sorry if i have started a new thread when i shouldn't,i'm just reading through some stuff on here and hopefully i'm learning..may take a while..

File it = put it somewhere safe like a drawer until such times as you may need it.
