  • Wright Hassell parking letters

    Hi,

Can anyone help with what I need to do. I received a letter before claim from Civil Enforcement about a parking fine I had never received, this was from 2015. I wrote back to them and never got a response.
Since then I have received the 2 attached letters, once from ZZPS who I have never heard of and then Wright Hasell - again I have never heard of them! I emailed Wright Hassell and got an automatic reply to say I should call them, I called but did not want to give much information as I seemed like I was calling a call centre, when I questioned this the woman was a bit narky and kept talking over me! I said I would write to them but have no idea what I write!

The car was parking in a gym that is linked to a supermarket, I parked for some time I believe you have up to 3 hours but have no idea the exact time - a letter was never sent to me!

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

ZZPS are purely debt collectors and therefore cannot take you to court. If it did go to court then ZZPS would lose their commision from CEL so are not likely to do that.

    Ignore andcsee what comes next.

Thanks, the Wright Hassell letter came after ZZPS - would you say the same thing and ignore that to?

        Yes, file and ignore both.

I would however, also contact the management of the gym and/or supermarket to complain and see if they'll get it cancelled.
