(Previously posted in welcome forum, sorry!)
Hello,
I'm new to this site so apologies for any etiquette's missed.
So, Ive been a member with Virgin Active in Fulham for about three years. Always parked in the bays as I've seen you get ticketed for not doing so.
This morning Ive gone to the gym as per, come out to find a ticket. The reason stated is that I didn't have a Virgin Active permit. The funny thing is, I did. Will attached images from their own site for proof. The only concern I have is that it has fallen slightly behind my residents parking permit. The Ticket guy is clearly a jobs worth for ticketing me, but if I get down to it with appealing, do I have a leg to stand on?
I also found a previous post similar to mine with advise from M1 to send the below, which I have done via info@metparking & appeal@metparking.
Dear Sirs,
I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver was a genuine customer to Virgin and can prove membership if required.
I note that the notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to the protection of freedoms act 2012 schedule 4 paragraphs 7/8.
Should you reject my appeal, please supply a popla code.

Yours Sincerely,
Appreciate any advice and help.
Thanks,
Max
