I've just joined. Thank you for your welcome, Celestine.
I have an issue with Parking Eye, a 'Letter before Action' having been sent to me recently from Civil Enforcement Ltd, demanding payment of £140 within 14 days! No driver recalls the alleged incident (which allegedly took place over two years ago!!), nor any previous communications- certainly not within the last two years.
Are there any existing threads that might help me with this?

I will endeavour to post the required document. I should add a further clarification to one statement I made in my initial post: the driver does not RECALL having received any previous communication with regard to this alleged offence. As I have said, it is said to have taken place over two years ago (in September 2014). The driver has CERTAINLY received nothing in the last two years to date.
