M1 has drafted you an appeal that you need to edit/adapt to suit your circumstances and added a link to show you how to put the appeal in to popla (see post #18 on this thread)

M1 is a shortened version of [MENTION=5354]mystery1[/MENTION] (:sorry: for any confusion)

You need to download (and save) the attachment that has been added at the bottom of this post and adapt it to suit your own circumstances.

After you have done that, you need to save the attached document that you have changed and upload it to the popla website as your appeal (this link gives you instructions on how to do that bit - http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co...a-process.html)
