    Parking charge notice

    Please can anyone help, I have received this Parking Charge Notice from Parking Eye, the driver used the car park on 14th October 2016, they are now trying to charge me a penalty, a few years ago I got a similar thing and I wrote back to them and they went away, does anyone have a standard letter that I can use again. Thank you.

    Unlikely to go away with just 1 letter but does happen if you have shopping receipts etc. Most wins come at the 2nd appeal stage, Popla.
