Someone parked my car. As it was after 7 pm, they incorrectly assumed that there was no parking fee. As it was dark and could not see any parking notices proceeded for a meal. I have now received a PCN from Premier Park, do I have grounds for appeal? Appreciate any constructive advice.

Re: Exeter Road Car Park, Braunton Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
Premier park, unless they have changed their paperwork very recently, do not use paperwork which adheres to the rules to hold a keeper liable for something a driver did. Thus a win at popla is as sure as can be.
