Last year I got a PCN for parking on the Peel Centre in Stockport, I purchased a ticket at the time but unfortunately binned it before I got this 'fine' through. Reading everyone's advise I have chosen to totally ignore all correspondence but this is looking quite genuine to me, what do you reckon and should I still keep ignoring it all?
Does this look genuine to you?

Re: Does this look genuine to you?
Did you not get a County Court Claim form? It looks like they have obtained a CCJ because you didn't respond to the claim form.
You can either apply to have the CCJ set aside at a cost of £255 if you intend to defend (speak to others on here for better advice but do the maths) or you must pay it with 30 days (I think) otherwise the CCJ will sit on your credit file for 6 years.
