  • Worth appealing on a Parking charge notice

My 71 year old father in law received a PCN. He paid the correct amount , stayed the correct time but entered the letters of his vehicle registration in the wrong order. We have appealed but it wasn't upheld and they have offered us a reduced fine of £30. Wondering whether to pay this or appeal to popla but then risk paying £100 fine if we don't win the appeal. Advice please on whether we should continue to appeal? Thank you

    £30 seems low.

Can you sanitise it and post it up.
