They issued me a permit and a fob to park in car park. 5 months later they wrote letters threatening me with fines for parking without a permit. I sent them a copy of my car with permit but they said they had passed onto ZZPS. Now I have 5 apparent fines all with ZZPS who ignore my calls, ignore the recorded delivery letter with a copy of my permit and are now threatening court action. At no time have they put a ticket on my car and the picture of my car is taken so far away you cannot identify anything. Should I continue to ignore and let them take me to court. I am a student

Re: CMS/ZZPS
ZZPS are only debt collectors.
They have less authority than whatever so ignore them.
When your "appeal" to CMS was rejected, were you given the opportunity to "appeal" to IAS?
In any event CMS do not appear to be litigious, so depending on your answer to Ostell's request, you will probably haveto sit out a barrage of debt collector'sletters.
