UKPC Commercial vehicle parking charge

I parked in a shopping commercial unit car park in Lewisham to do some shopping in sports direct and Poundland. there was a sign for 2hours free parking. when I came out I had recieved a parking ticket. I approached the parking attendant who informed me there was no parking for any commercial vehicles, is this legal.

Did the signs say no parking for commercial vehicles ? Picture would be nice. What was the vehicle?

Indeed and i would also be pestering the 2 managers to get it cancelled.
