    Virgin Active Car Park, ticket on vehicle received by the driver which i now have. Should i appeal ?

      Thanks Mystery1. So sit it out until I get a letter. In the meantime, if I were to park at Virgin again can they clamp me or put another ticket on my car?

        Speak to the manager whilst you wait.

        They can issue as many tickets as the want but clamping is illegal.

          I spoke to the ops manager who simply said they can't do anything and to appeal in writing. Not too helpful and I'm sure they can do something. I am back there on Saturday as i teach a class there so i'll try and speak to them again.

              Yes, that's my plan. I'm also 7.5months pregnant with twins and I only parked there as i needed my hospital bag on me.... Hoping the manager might do something if he/she seems me in full bloom!
