Re: Parking Charge Notice - Premier parking ltd
Well i'm afraid there isn't much point feeling annoyed. You paid and have acknowledged that you moved car parks which just happen to the same firm. Had you been stating you moved space when you found your friends that'd be a different scenario but if you knew it was different and said so, you'll very likely lose at popla unless the appeal is uncontested which is unlikely when they have a good chance to win.
They do do court, but rarely so far which makes ignoring an option. http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/Premier_Park.html

Re: Parking Charge Notice - Premier parking ltd
You parked, you appealed to popla THEN you asked my opinion which i gave you. You get 1 shot at popla which you had already taken. Other than point out the chances of getting away with ignoring, what exactly were you expecting ? Lies to make you feel better ?
