  • Debt Collectors Letter Received From 2013 - Excel Parking Peel Centre

I have received a debt collectors letter from DRP on behalf of Excel Parking demanding 160.00 for a parking fine dated 01.02.2013.

They have said our client has been trying to contact you and that is why they have got involved.

Now this isn't the case, the letter received was sent to my parents address where I haven't lived for nearly 3 years and the letter itself is address to my name and my middle name not my surname.

The debt company have said that all the information they have is from the DVLA. Since 2013 I have also have 2 different vehicles.

    can anyone help?

The only thing a debt collector is interested in is collecting money. Time for appeals are long gone. File and ignore anything that isn't a letter before claim or court claim.
