Hello, I would love some advice please, I got a parking fine from Redhill train station (managed by Indigo parking)..the member of staff who I bought a car park ticket off failed to inform me that I couldn't park in the car park till after 9am when I went into the station to ask why I got the the parking fine the lady said that I should have been told that I couldn't park there, she also said their are clear signs in the car park telling you that you couldn't park there, I walked around the station to find one sign when you first drive in that is covered up by the bus that regularly drives down the road so saying that it's clearly signed I feel is a massive over statement, I have taken pictures of the car park showing their is no other signs. Any help would be great. Thank you very much in advance. Montana :-)

Hi M1.. its Grant .. Monantan's Dad, we have spoken before M1 when she got a parking fine, thank you for trying to help again ... slightly confused about the link you added, can you advise what we need to do M1 please?
The parking association is BPA. dos that help M1?

Click where it says BPA members then click on yes or no on the next page when asked if there was a ticket on the vehicle or not then you'll have instructions.
