    Excel parking charge

    Hello, received a PCN stating 'parked without purchasing a valid pay/display ticket for vehicle x' from excel parking in 2015. 2 x subsequent letters received from Wright hassall solicitors and now a letter 'notice of debt recovery' from dcbl did using court action and further costs. I've not replied to any. Getting nervous now. Not me driving and machine took payment but did not issue ticket in a retail car park. Can anyone advise. Thank you.
