Premier Parking Solutions Appeal

Hi there,

I have just gone to prepare my appeal so submit via email and looked at their website and it says that an appeal will not be considered for a ticket that has blown off of the dashboard.

The driver was parked for around half an hour spending in 2 shops, windy day.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

I doubt they consider any appeal but if you don't appeal you don't get a popla code.
