  • Parking Charge Notice

    Hi everybody,

I just received a letter from the County Court Business Centre stating Civil Enforcement Limited had claimed a sum of money of £227 for a parking charge notice I didn't pay for.

This is the first letter regarding this fine as I haven't had any letters from company who fined me before. I don't know if this is because I was abroad for about three months after the incident had happened which is about a year and half ago now or if they didnt any papers in the first place.. I just don't know what do to. Shall I contact the civil enforcement limited or shall I complete the defence form and send it to the court? what I do say?

any chance the case might be reversed back to the original payment.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

I suggest you contact the SRA.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

I write to you to enquire about Mr Michael David Schwartz #118966 who was/is subject to control of practice as per http://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/soli...ticle?decision

It is my understanding that "Mr Schwartz shall act as a solicitor only in employment, the arrangements for which have been approved by the SRA."

As he is lodging claim forms with the courts, i would like to enquire if any arrangements are in place to allow him to do so ?

      Yours Sincerely

This has no effect on the court timescales and we must keep to those.
