  • parking eye

Please advise I have received a letter which states penalty charge notice for £100 pound, £60.00 if paid within 14 days in the wigmore park district centre in Luton It has taken a picture of the vehicle entering the parking area at 23.1502 and leaving at 23.27.57 at total of 12 minutes I am not sure what to do as I have not had a parking ticket before and reading all the reviews I am unsure whether to pay it or appeal or just ignore and nothing will happen Please Help!!

    Re: parking eye

Contact the manager of where ever you visited and see if they can get it cancelled.

    Also appeal to parking eye.

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver was a genuine customer.

It is noted that your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2102 schedule 4 para 9.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    Yours etc

If/when you get a popla code please let me know.
