Met Parking Mcdonalds appeal rejected

Can anyone help?

I used a letter on a thread on here, cannot find the thread though. Letter as follows - this has been rejected. I have attached their reply. Many thanks in advance



Dear Sirs,


I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver was a customer of McDonalds and did not see the signage. In any event the charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss as well as being an amount larger than permitted under the BPA code of practice to which you subscribe.


I will not name the driver as i am under no statutory obligation to do so.


Please accept my appeal or supply a popla code.

Thanks for reply Mystery 1.

I parked in Mcdonalds as i had a meeting, i arrived an hour early, had a coffee and some food and then sat in the car and waited and then went back in for my meeting. I was there for more than 90 mins, however had no idea there were any restrictions
