got a parking charge notice from ntc today well 3 members all of my family did each vehicle got same within min apart, tried to go on popla to appeal against it but says Please enter your 10-digit verification number below but only number can find on ticket is charge no 29554 see picture so how can i appeal without correct 10 digit number

You have to appeal to NTC first who will issue the number when your appeal fails.

Don't appeal now as the driver but wait for the Notice To Keeper and appeal as the keeper. The NTK must arrive after 28 days and must arrive before 56 days. They will probably make a mistake with the notice so they can't hold the keeper liable and they don't know the driver so don't tell them.

Take details out of ticket posted. They read the forums. The location of the "offence" is not too descriptive!
