  • PPC planning permission query

    Hi,
ive had support on here with my PPC which was appreciated.
Ive noticed that the car park I was using when I got this charge didn't and still doesn't have planning permission for signage (advertisement I believe it falls under) - even if it doesn't, there is business advertisement at that site and to have ticket machines. It does, however, have planning permission for ANPR camera.

is this worth pursuing with the planning department at the council?

it might sound petty but I wana inflict as much on our good friends in Chorley.

    thanks

    Re: PPC planning permission query

Depends on what you wish to achieve. It won't help with a ticket but for nuisance value it is.
