excel parking fine

my wife got a parking ticket back in april have i gnored it, she was driving my car which is a mobility car as i am disabled, machine was not working so she rang the number on the machine and the girl wanted to give here a code but wife had no pen the girl on phone asked her for reg number which she gave her and told my wife she will let warden know. after work came back to this ticket now its at the court stage any help please.

Can you scan the court form, the pcn and any pics of the signs (all suitably sanitised) please.

only got letter from them no photos when i rang them i told them i will not pay but she said it going to court and just kept asking how will i be paying this and to look at there web site to see how many cases they have won scare tactic i think cheers oscar2
