Re: What to do about a CCJ?

With my last three applications for question 5 is yes at a hearing,
The court will notify you if it can be done without a hearing

The level of judge is a District Judge

    Hearing length 1 hour

In reality these set aside hearings last no more than 10 minutes as the judge would have already gone over the application and reached a decision

You need to send a copy of this application to the court by recorded delivery ( 3 copies in total)

    Also
send another copy to the claimant
    you keep a copy yourself

With queston 10 you put enclosed witness statement

Do I send 3 copies to court and they distribute them?
Do I send the copy to United Utilities with a copy of my N244?
When/where do I pay the fee?

Would you mind looking over my form privately to give your opinion please?

Re: What to do about a CCJ?

        Do both

The court are suppose to send a copy to the respondent but that is not guaranteed

        Better safe than sorry

Send three copies to the court and send one copy to the claimant/respondent

An extra copy will do no harm

I am unsure but i still believe you can take your application and fee into your local county court as it is not a money claim

Give your local county court a bell to save you a trip first though

THE KEY TO THIS WILL BE YOUR WITNESS STATEMENT

give it 12 hurs before you do anything

Still no email address for that second look.

Anyway, where would I find the correct address to post the document to.
The CCJ was issued by Northampton County Court.

                    Thanks.

Re: What to do about a CCJ?

Any further Advice on the correct address.
I know I can just google it but looking for the correct departments etc.

I really don't want this to go missing.
                      The address I have is:-

                      Northampton Bulk Centre
                      21-27 St Katharines Street
                      Northampton
                      NN1 2LH

This doesn't sound like a court address.
