as guests of the lodge hotel , unthank road Norwich received a parking fine 4 days after our stay , hadn't registered car though, booked through booking.com said free parking unaware of email from mjb as I had been sent relevant email from booking.com, spoke to hotel and told " well eat me" before being hung up on during my enquiry, arrived in the dark used codes sent by booking.com for entry , large van obscured signs on our arrival and greeted by group of drinking foreign men by entrance so didn't hang around to look for any signs etc as felt intimidated by surroundings, as actual customers and being advised free parking do I have a leg to stand on re not paying fine which of course increases after 14 days .. thankyou for any advice, note Crink also in similar position

Re: NPE parking charge at MJB hotel the lodge
Normally i'd say tripadvisor etc etc but TBH if you add a post moaning about parking people might think because it has parking it's improving.
Dear Sirs,
I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .
Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.
Yours etc
If popla is need let me know.
