Parking Charge in Scotland

Received a parking fine for Strothers Lane in Inverness, from DRP on behalf of Smart Parking. Claiming I overstayed my paid time, they sent me a photo of me entering at 1600 and leaving at 1619, minimum parking time 1 hour so not sure how I overstayed as was only parked for 19 mins. They are asking for £160, is this right?

Stick everything you have/get in a drawer and ignore it unless you get court papers then ask for help if you do. (big if as long as you never tell them who was driving)

After 5 years it's statute barred (prescribed is the technical term).

Ah perfect thank you. I've read a lot about this company. Trying to fine people that haven't even parked ! DRP have been waiting 2 weeks for a response from their client in regards to how the 19 mins we were parked is over the hour they state minimum time is. X
