Parking Eye PCN - discounted until 09.07.15

Hi

My husband has recently received a PCN from Parking Eye and has until the 9th July to pay at the reduced rate. I wondered what the stance on this is now, whether to ignore the letters or try an appeal?

At present any decent popla appeal including the legal argument is winning. They give reasons other than genuine pre estimate of loss which always won before but have not specifically rejected that argument recently either.

Beavis will be heard this month and probably announced in late August. Ignoring may work but takes 6 years to be clear (staute barred).

I'd appeal and then when they reject it appeal to popla.
