Need help I was parked in the square car park Charlton never before parked there as I live in Bolton put my blue badge in my car was there for about 40 mins then left 2 weeks later gets a fine saying they got my details from dvla ad 2 photographs of my car reg I appealed sending them copies of my blue badge just got a letter today saying I was in breach of the terms and conditions of the car park by not purchasing a valid pay n display ticket tariff applies to disabled badge holders so why have big yellow disabled spaces if you still need a ticket any help thanks
