Parking Charge Notice

Hello there

I received a "parking charge notice" from "Premier Park" in an Exeter car park 5 days ago it says I must pay £60 now or £100 in 14 days. I have heard that unless its the council they cannot enforce these parking charges, is this true??

What I'm really asking is do I appeal?? Pay?? Or Ignore??

Appeal probably. Can you post up a sanitised copy please ?
Pictures of signs are helpful too if possible.

Did you get a popla code with their appeal rejection? [MENTION=5354]mystery1[/MENTION] is right in saying that it is easier to advise if you can post up redacted pictures of the letters you have received and any signs etc... if you have trouble putting them on here then email them to me and I'll do it kati@legalbeagles.info
