I have just recieved aletter from civil enforcement ltd ref to s letter i sent last week ref a local tv prog stated i could get my parking fine i recieved last july at a local shopping centre, i appealed at the time and it was rejected so i paid 60 pounds, the letter igot today said they have no record of my payment and they want payment as soon as possible or they will take immediate legal action ! I have checked my bank statement and the cheque i sent was cashed 5 dsys after i sent it ? HOpe you can advise me what to do next, thanks
