I have recived a letter to say fined for not enough money paid for parking. I am sure there was enough money on the ticket. Cant find the ticket as it was in jan 15. what can I do . Will I have to pay

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure.The driver paid for parking. In any event your charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.




I am under no statutory obligation to name the driver and will not do so.
