I believe that you can reclaim the £155 if you are successful. Now that you have got the CCJ details what was the error that caused you not to receive the notice.

Yes, you can reclaim if you win at trial (rather than succeed in the application). Decision as to costs will typically be reserved, to be decided at a later date (usually at hearing).
