  • Met Parking PCN McDonalds, Ocean Retail Park, Portsmouth

Sorry, I have put this in the wrong forum so have now added it to the parking forum instead.

Hello there, I fear I am too late to be saved but I'd like to ask for help anyway please. I'm at the stage where, having received the original PCN, a reminder, an overdue notice and a notification of liability, I've now had a demand for payment, which has now increased from the original £100 to £150, with no prior warning. When I received the initial PCN in October 2014, we did some research but now realise it was all out of date, as the advice, particularly from a solicitor on Watchdog, was to ignore everything! I'm starting to wobble, even though I'd love a day in court to defend myself, having not even committed what I believe to be a crime.

Is there anything I can do at this stage, bearing in mind most of the time of my stay was in the McDonalds restaurant in question. Thank you.
